Art Blocks for Ghana!

Hey Ho!  I hope everyone's fall is going well.  Ours has recently become extremely beautiful with all the colors of leaves showing off briefly before they decide to cover my lawn to become a lot of work haha. Well, a while ago I was asked by Rachel Tiep-Daniels and Margaret Wuller to participate in the charity art auction: Art Blocks for Ghana

Of course I jumped at the opportunity to donate to such a worthy cause.  What a privilege!  This was another cool project with the theme "home" and all artwork being done on wooden square art blocks (I chose 8x8).  Many of the Animation industry's top talents from Pixar, Dreamworks, Bluesky, and others are participating and that only adds to my appreciating for being asked to participate.

Here's my contribution:

and my process shot sharing my "digital" concept drawing and then some of the stages.  I sort of got into it at one point as you can see the drawing all of a sudden jumps to being finished.  Oh well.

I just hope it can do it's part to raise money for these amazing kids.

Take care everyone!  I'll alert everyone when the auction starts!
